    • Customers concern was vibration in vehicle, we think the vibration is a combination of the Subaru engine, and high pressure fuel pump. The blinking light under the dash is the remote start. Could not identify issue with not starting, but the not shutting off is caused by needing to push the key in at the accessory position to get the key out. We did check the vehicle over good, could not see anything that needs attention at this time. There was a exhaust clamp hanging on the exhaust that may have been rattling, we replaced it. Checked oil and was a 1/2 quart low, so we topped off oil. Checked charging system to verify the no start issue wasn't being caused by the battery. Everything looks good.
